| Administrative History | Drew and Co. (Oswestry) Limited were incorporated 28th July 1953. It was an associated company of the Wrekin Brewey Company Ltd and was acquired by Greenall Whitley and Co, along with that company in 1966. The share capital was transferred to Greenall, Whitley and Co. Ltd on 1st August 1966 and Edward Whitley became a Director and Managing Director until December 1969. On 19th December 1969 they changed their name to Drew and Co. (Wine Cellars) Limited. |
