| Administrative History | Suffolk Wine Holdings Limited was incorporated on the 8th July 1955. Subsidiary companies of it were: H. Stodart & Taylor Limited, Owen J. Carter (wine merchants) Limited and Montemar Limited. On 20th December 1968, AVI purchased the entire share capital of Suffolk Wine group. On 26th August 1970 Cowburns Ltd brought these shares from AVI and sold them directly to Mr R.C. Taylor of H, Stodart and Taylor. |
