Title	'A Survey Book of the Estate of Sir Char. Bunbury, Baronet'

Description	Book of reference to a map of the estates (c2638 acres) of Sir Charles Bunbury and others, in Great Stanney, Little Stanney and Stoke, by William Williams, surveyor. The book records tenant, letter identifying holding, field number and name, acreage in Cheshire and statute acres, summary description of buildings,and notes on leases etc; it also includes details of freeholds in Stoke, and the allotment of seats in Stoke Church. some notes added in a later hand, including 'account of Holm Hous estate in Stoake Parish"

Administrative History	This survey is dated 1736, 8 years before Sir Charles Bunbury purchased the Manor of Stoke from trustees for Charles Fletewood. Unusually, this estate survey and map include information on Sir Charles Bunbury's estates and those of Charles Fletewood and Thomas Meacock
