The book records tenant, letter identifying holding, field number and name, acreage in Cheshire and statute acres, summary description of buildings,and notes on leases etc; it also includes details of freeholds in Stoke, and the allotment of seats in Stoke Church. some notes added in a later hand, including 'account of Holm Hous estate in Stoake Parish"
