o officer decision making/taking,

o other delegated decision-making arrangements.

Procurement strategy and compliance, including:

o participation in Regional Hubs and the Procurement Forward Plan;

Corporate contracts policy and compliance;

Contract monitoring of external providers, to include the Contracts Register;

Governance of Alternative Service Delivery Vehicles in accordance with Council policy, including via the role of Council Commissions.
