| Description | (1) Owners of land in the parish whose interest is not less than two thirds of lands subject to tithes, viz. Marquess of Westminster, Anne Burganey; (2) Rev. James Radcliffe Lyon, clerk, Rector, owner of all the tithes. Parties agree that £200 17s. 6d. (subject to provisions of Tithe Commutation Act) shall be payable annually in lieu of tithes, viz. £164 7s. 6d. for Poulton, £36 10s. for Pulford, including tithes of glebe lands which shall be fixed at 15s. for great tithe4s, 2s. 6d. for small tithes.
