The Church of St. Mary, Pulford, erected at expense of Robert [Grosvenor, 1st] Marquess of Westminster, on part of the old churchyard; land (578 square yards) conveyed by same for addition to churchyard and road thereto, 14 Nov 1834, the area of the whole now being 2127 yards. Recites that the parish church was in a dilapidated state and of insufficient accommodation; allocates pews.
