The Church of St. Matthew, Birkenhead, erected on land 1,097 sq. yds. bounded on the west by Park Road East and on the east by Paterson Street, conveyed to the Ecclesiastical Commissioners by deed, 9 Jul 1901. With plan. Recites that part of the church was erected in 1889 and licensed for the performance of divine service, 15 Mar 1889, and it has now been enlarged. Wit: J.
