Description	Registers: Baptisms 1823-1997, Marriages 1835-1988, Burials 1834-1937. Records other than registers 1823-1980.
Administrative History	Opened in 1822 as an independent chapel, but in 1828 it became a chapel to Prestbury. In 1835 it became the parish church for the township of Sutton. The church closed in 2002. For later records, see also Sutton St. Barnabas and Sutton St. James parishes.
