| Administrative History | Ringway St. Mary was an ancient chapelry in the parish of Bowdon. In 1863 it became a parish church for parts of Hale [nr. Altrincham] and Baguley. It closed in 1967, and was replaced as the parish church by Hale Barns All Saints.
Hale Barns All Saints opened in 1967 as a chapel to Ringway St. Mary, which it replaced as the parish church in 1968. In 1983 the parish was renamed “Hale Barns with Ringway”.
Hale Barns St. Paul opened in 1882 as a chapel to Ringway St. Mary, and closed in 1967. |
