Lancs. 3 Benjamin Capper of Handley, yeoman, Raph Richard Kempster of Wrexham, co. Denbigh, esq., Samuel Yate Benyon of Denston Hall, co. Suff., trustee of poor of Whitchurch, co. Salop and persons signing 23 names. Commons and waste lands in manor of Handley. Recites that 1 is lord of manor of Handley and 2 and 3 claim common rights. It is agreed to divide and apportion the commons, and Samuel Boydell of Rossett, co. Denb., gentleman, is appointed commissioner to make the award, of which one copy is to be kept with the parish records, another by 1. As regards ancient enclosures, the commissioner is to adopt the survey recently made by blank Elliott. Witnesses: Robert Renman of Liverpool, Caroline Benyon, H.
