| Description | 1 Samuel and Robert Aldersey as in P40/11/1, 2 Governors of Queen Anne's Bounty, 3 Rev. William Williams as in P40/11/1 4 Mathew Kenrick of the Middle Temple, London, esq Recites P40/11/1; prenuptial settlement of Robert Aldorsey and Jane Webb, 26 Mar 1698, by which certain premises were conveyed to trustees for 79 years on trust to raise £2,000 to be disposed of as Robert should direct; that Robert died without issue, having directed by will made 28 Jan 1730/1 that the sum be divided amongst the children of his brother Samuel 1; that the sum has been paid but the receipts, lost. 1 now agree that if any claim for the sum arises it shall be raised out of other premises in the 79 year term, and as further security convey estates in Aldersey, Spurstow and Bunbury to 4 for 99 years on trust to raise the sum if required, 1 to continue to enjoy premises until such claim arises.
