Description1 Hugh Aldersey of Aldersey Hall, esq., 2 Charles Alexander George Cummins of Alpraham, farmer. Gosland Green Farm 19a. 2r. in Bunbury in occ. of John Robinson, subject to rent charge of £14 payable to the Vicar of Bunbury. Consideration: £3,500. Recites settlement, 3 Apr 1888, by which Thorns Aldersey was empowered to charge certain premises with sums up to £3,000 for his daughters Constance and Rose Frances; conveyance, 11 Dec 1890, by which Thomas Aldersey conveyed premises to trustees to the use of 1; will of Thomas Aldersey, proved 12 Dec 1899 by which he charged two sums of £1,500 on premises, 1 being one of the exors. of the will; covenants, 19 Mar 1900, by which 1 agreed to pay annuities of £47 to Constance and Rose Frances Aldersey; conveyance, 10 Dec 1910, by which 1 charged other premises with annuities, and Constance and Rose Frances released their claim on the first premises Wit: Sigman Plumb, butler, Aldersey Hall.
