| Description | Bequeathes £20 yearly out of lands in Willaston in Neston, £14 9s. 8d. of it to the churchwardens of St. John's parish to be distributed as follows:- 2s. in bread to 24 householders on Sundays, 1s. each to 40 'poor and decayed househoulders of good name and repute' at Midsummer, Michaelmas, New Year's Day, Good Friday, 10s. to the parson for a sermon on Good Friday, 5s. to the assistant parson on Good Friday, 3s. 4d. each yearly to the clerk and sexton, 2s. to the churchwardens, who are to keep accounts. £2 14s. 2d. to the churchwardens of St. Bridget's parish and £2 16s. 2d. to the churchwardens of Neston parish to be distributed as directed.
