Lives: 2, Martha, his wife, John, his son. 2 to erect within 5 years and to maintain in repair a messuage and stable on the site of the present messuage, the messuage to consist of 'two bays of brickbuilding each bay to be Sixteene Foot square in the inside and the wall of the said Messuage to be eleven Foote and a halfe in heighth to the Wall plate or Eves of the said House and one brick and a halfe thick with convenient Chimneys in the said house with doors windowes and necessary partitions in the said house with a good convenient boarded Floor over the First Story of the said house with convenient Staires up to the same and convenient partitions in the second Story of the said house and with good sufficient Covering of Thatch to the said house'.
