Premises conveyed by 1 to 2 in trust for 1 for her life, then for Ann, daughter of Thomas Rode 2 and goddau. of 1, then for her heirs, on trust to pay 11s. yearly, 6s. to be distributed every 18 Oct to 12 poor parishioners nominated by 1 or her attorney, 5s. to 10 other poor parishioners nominated by 1 or her attorney. Recites will of John Stockton, dated 19 May 1698, by which he bequeathed inter alia £5 to the poor of St. John's parish; that 1 wishes to augment the 6s. yearly interest from this with a further 5s. yearly.
