| Description | (1) Rt. Hon. Thomas Wodehouse, Baron Newton of Lyme Park, (2) Rev. Charles James Satterthwaite of Disley Vicarage, Alfred Darbyshire of Wood Grange, Richard Basnett Preston of Wrencote, and (1). Parties agree to lease of premises to (2) from year to year until notice be given by either party, reserving to (1) and the Vicar the right to enjoy premises when not in use for educational purposes.
