Description	Registers: Baptisms 1898-1958, Marriages 1898-1958. Records other than registers 1867-1964.
Administrative History	Opened in 1898 as a chapel to Claughton Christ Church. In 1912 it became a parish church serving parts of Birkenhead, Claughton with Grange and Tranmere. In 1958 its parish was united with Claughton Christ Church, and St. Michael’s closed in 1960.
