Consideration: £45 and surrender of lease, 13 Jul 1677, 1 to Thomas Culcheth of Church Hulme, yeoman, now deceased Rent: for messuage, 17s. 6d., a capon at Easter, a hen at Shrovetide, 2 days reaping of corn, 1 day mucking, loading of 1 load of coals, and as heriot, best beast or £3 6s. 8d.; for land, 4d.
