Title	Removal Order Appeal

Description	An appeal by the Overseers of the Poor of Holmes Chapel against an Order requiring them to remove Mary Armstrong (widow) and 5 children, John age 14, James age 11, Betty age 8, Mary age 5, and Gilbert age 20 weeks, from the township of Macclesfield. The appeal was upheld and the township of Macclesfield was ordered to pay £2-2s-0p to Holmes Chapel for their costs.
