Description	The apprentice John Hamnett (cousin of Thomas Hope, Farmer of Brereton )is bound to William Coughin (Blacksmith) of Holmes Chapel for a period of 7 years. Thomas Hope paid the sum of £5-0s-0d for the apprenticeship and also promised to pay a further £2-10s-0d if the apprentice should die before serving 1/2 his time.
