Administrative History	Opened in 1879 as a chapel to Oxton St. Saviour. In 1911 it became a parish church for parts of Oxton and Claughton with Grange (formerly served by Bidston and Oxton St. Saviour). All Saints closed in 1972, when the parish was united with Birkenhead St. James
