Description	By John Graham, Bishop of Chester. Land 1,032 sq.yds. adjoining the churchyard on the north east corner, bounded on the north, east, south and west except for the present churchyard by the lands of Robert Vyner of Gautby, co.Lincoln, esq., and conveyed by him for additional burying ground. Wit: Andrew Knox, B.A., incumbent of Birkenhead, John Hartley Hind, Ashville, Birkenhead, C. A. Graham, incumbent of Bidston, Charles T. W. Parry, Notary Public, Secretary to the Bishop, Robert Hampson of Moreton, churchwarden
