Recites a conveyance dated 20 Mar 1659/60 by 2 to 1 and John Hardware esq., and Robert Davies, gentleman, since died, of reversion expectant for life in Samuel Blase of said estate, in trust for maintenance of the minister and use of poor of Tarvin. b that sd. Samuel Blase had petitioned Commissioners for Charitable Uses offering to pay 2 £120 for new lease for 3 lives of tenement of which sd. premises are moiety, and further £60 within 12 months of his decease, all to be put to above uses; for which purposes, according to Commissioners' decree, premises are reconveyed to 2 to enable lease to be made |
