Administrative HistoryFormed in 1974 out of Chester Castle and Wirral divisions [see QPCa and QPW], including the following places: Burton (nr. Neston), Ellesmere Port, Ince, Ness, Neston cum Parkgate, and Willaston (nr. Neston).

Ellesmere Port & Neston petty sessional division was abolished in 2001 to become part of the new Chester, Ellesmere Port & Neston division [see ZQPK3].
