Description	Decided that, before the persons who travelled to London on the City's behalf make their report, known opponents of the City's claims ought to be excluded. Therefore resolved that, when the matter comes up for discussion, William Glaseor and William Aldersay shall neither be summoned, nor permitted to attend.
