Title	Admissions; appointment of swordbearer; dispute with new company of merchants

Description	Admission of John Banester, gentleman in consideration of this loan to the City of £100, for the redeeming of the Roodee; and the appointment of Thomas Hulme as Swordbearer. The dispute with the new Company of Merchants trading with Spain and Portugal (whereof William Massie, Thomas Tetlowe and others are members) to be conducted as a city's cause.
