TitleLease of land; poor stock; City's debts and accounts

DescriptionOct. 5th. The land requested by John Hanky has been viewed by the Mayor and a number of Aldermen and Councilmen; provided he maintain the land, which is in constant danger of being washed away, it is agreed he shall have the lease gratis.
Oct. 9th. The £100 poor stock, at present in the hands of Nicholas Massy, draper, Griffith Dod and Christopher Walker, shall be redelivered to Dod, Walker, and Thomas Tirer, clothworker, for the next three years, at a quarterly rent of 40/- each.
Committee appointed to investigate the City's debts and draw up accounts; ordered that the Treasurers shall be given additional authority, if necessary, to collect the debts.
