DescriptionNov. 21st. Admission of William Lynton, who is to marry the daughter of Richard Bunbury, deceased, at the request of the Bishop of Chester, paying 40/-.
The £100 owing to John Banester to be raised by grazing forty head of cattle on the Roodee, at 10/- each a year, for the next five years. (the money to be paid in advance).
Election of Richard Hulker and Robert Amery as Councilmen.
Auditors are appointed for the previous year's accounts.
Dec. 19th. Sureties appointed for the agreements concerning prise wine and fuel, entered into with Sir Richard Bulkley.
Christopher Powell, student-at-law, married to the widow of Henry Harpur, lawyer, to be admitted paying £10.
