John Yerworth appointed to appear before the Lord Admiral, to answer the enquiries of the Earl of Derby concerning the jurisdiction of the City in the Dee.

Rates of custom on goods imported from Ireland by the pack or fardel are laid down - previous regulations had apparently been unpopular with merchants.
Former order reaffirmed, that malt to be sold on the open market.
The Wrights, Sawyers and Slaters to be incorporated, under the common seal of the City.
Randle Eaton, ordered to surrender the toll of the Bridgegate to the City for 13/4 a year, asks for time to consult Mr. John Talbot, from whom he leases the toll.
(ZA/B/1/192). The Saddlers counter-petition against the Shoemakers (concerning the sports on the Roodee); previous order in support of the latter reaffirmed.
Certificates for the payment of prise wine to be made out by the Clerk of the Pentice, for a fee of 12d. from the merchant concerned; he is also to be responsible for the collection of the wine, for a salary of £20.
The petition of William Jones to have a gathering [i.e. to ask for charity] among occupations, granted.
The provision of lead and iron weights, of a pension for Thomas Richardson/Wever, sergeant of the peace, and of a successor for him, discussed.

The collection of fines, and payments of the fee farm rent, discussed.
The Treasurers to pay Thomas Liniall, hatmaker, £9.
Action to be taken against Peter Prees, plumber, accused of withholding large quantities of lead, discussed.
