DescriptionElection of Robert Brock, gentleman., as Alderman, and of Rafe Allen, shoemaker, as Councilman, in place respectively of Thomas Bellin and Thomas Radford.
Owen Williams, linen draper, Humfrey Yonge, servant of Mr. Rafe Done Esq., John Smart, late apprentice to Mr. John Fisher, gentleman., and John Alcocke, bowyer (in consideration of the need for a bowyer in the City), to be admitted, paying respectively £3, £5, 40/- and 26/8.

Persons appointed for the various parts of the City to investigate, remedy if possible, or report on, all annoyances, encroachments etc.
Mr. Domvill to have a lease of the new tower outside the Watergate.
