DescriptionPeter Newall, Richard Bavand, Alderman, and David Lloid, to appear before the Privy Council, to answer enquiries concerning the dispute over the export of calves' skins.
Letters to be written to members of the Privy Council, suggesting alternative means of settling the dispute, which has arisen between Mere Merchants and Merchant Retailers over the obtaining by the former of an export licence.
The request of Lord Strange for the admission of one Tirer, tailor, servant to Sir Richard Mollineux, deferred until Tirer submits his own petition.
The request of Roger Hamner for the repayment of money expended by his predecessor, Randle Leeche, as Overseer of work on the new haven, deferred.
