The petition of Henry Annion, tanner, and Adam Bles, mercer, committed to prison by the Mayor for words alleged to have been spoken at the last Assembly, that their case be examined, and that in future no person be committed by the Mayor alone, without the consent of the Assembly, to be considered. |
