DescriptionJohn Fraunces, for refusing to be sworn as a Councilman, to pay a fine of £3 6 8 within the next ten days, or in default to be disfranchised.
The Sheriffs to collect the fines, and make the usual payments.
John Ratcliffe, chosen Sheriff, not having been Leevelooker, to pay only £5 of the usual fine.

Discussed whether to forbid those Mayors who choose as Sheriffs persons who have not been Leevelookers, immediately proposing the remission of a large part of the fine.
Aldermen and constables in every ward to submit a monthly report of brewers, bakers, maltmakers, and their premises, to the Mayor.
Mrs. Elizabeth Bromley to receive five years' arrears of rent for the site of the King's Fish Board in Watergate Street; her petition for its removal is deferred.
John Williams, apprentice for seven years to Alderman John Hanky, deceased, to be admitted paying 40/-.
