DescriptionThe names are given of the Aldermen attending the Assembly.
Admission, paying £5, and appointment as Clerk of the Pentice, of Robert Whitbie, gentleman., in place of Ellis Williams, deceased; Whitbie is recommended by the Lord Keeper, Sir Thomas Egerton, and has the explicit support of the Recorder. He is to pay off a debt of £47 13 4 [as a fine?] recently laid out in the obtaining of a statute concerning fines to be levied on lands within the City.
William Bucke, surgeon, to be free paying £5.
