DescriptionAppointment of Richard Bird as one of the Coroners, in place of Paul Chauntrell, deceased.
An oath is to be devised to be sworn by future Coroners on assuming office.
Richard Werden and Alderman Thomas Lyniall to have fee farms of land near the gorsestacks.
John Garnet, servant to Thomas Case, gentleman., and married to a freeman's daughter, to be admitted paying 40/-.
In future, no petition for admission to be submitted to the Assembly, unless a sum of £5 is offered with it; any Mayor permitting such a petition to be read, is to pay the £5 himself.
Letters to be written to Robert Snagg and John Tilston, enquiring if they are willing to forgo their positions as Aldermen.
