Fines imposed on various innkeepers at the last Quarter Sessions, the legality of which the innkeepers have challenged, not to be collected without the advice of Mr. Warburton and the Recorder. They consider that the fines are legal, and therefore ordered that they be collected forthwith. Innkeepers selling ale to other than their guests, must enter into bonds like other keepers of common alehouses. |
