Petitions for admission into the freedom of the City to be considered by the whole Assembly; applicants to pay down, or give surety for the payment of, a fine of 26/8, "withe wyne and other feese of oulde tyme accostomyd", and to be resident within the City; freemen's sons not to pay the fine. 1532/6.
