DescriptionWilliam Williams, esq., formerly elected Recorder and approved of by the King, was made a freeman and an Alderman and confirmed in the office of Recorder. He took the oaths and subscribed the declaration.
It was ordered that all persons of the trades of carpenters, sawyers and slaters might freely exercise their trades within the City without any restraint from the Company of Carpenters and Slaters.
