TitleElections; Master of the House of Correction

DescriptionWilliam Willme, innholder, elected Alderman in the stead of Richard Dutton, esq., deceased, and Thomas Davenport, barber-chirurgeon, elected Councilman in the stead of William Willme. They took their oaths and subscribed the declaration.
It was agreed that Ralph Leighe, baker, should have a fee-farm of that part of the street and of the row which he had enclosed in the new building which he had added to his house in Bridge Street, for 10s. fine and 3s: 6d yearly rent.
It was agreed that Thomas Dickenson, beerbrewer, should be Master of the House of Correction during the City's pleasure.
