Assurance from the Mayor and the majority of the Assembly that Robert Taylor, weaver, and Francis Barton, woolcomber, who were to remove from Norwich to Chester to set up a manufacture for employing the poor, would be made freemen of the City. Signatures of Richard Wright, Mayor, and of thirty-eight members of the Assembly.
