DescriptionJohn Fearnall, dyer, chosen one of Vernon's almsmen in place of Robert Ollerhead, deceased.
It was ordered that the Midsummer Show should never thereafter be observed in the City.
Alban Gray, bricklayer, petitioned that he might be confirmed as the City's tenant of the Cockpitt Hill at the improved rent of 2s. Four of the Aldermen and the Treasurers were to view the ground and to report on its value.
A petition from William Liptrott, schoolmaster, asking for £50 arrears of his salary as schoolmaster of the Freeschool was read but not granted.
