DescriptionRichard Harrison, beerbrewer, elected Councilman in the stead of John Mottershed, deceased. He took the oaths and subscribed the declaration.
It was resolved to dispense with the Christmas watch for that year.
Richard Wright, Keeper of the Northgate, was ordered to reimburse Nathaniel Williamson, Alderman, lately Treasurer, for the 40s. he disbursed on the orders of William Harvey, Mayor, on the occasion of the execution of one Pleaseington, convicted of being a Romish priest.
Auditors were appointed for the accounts of the late Treasurers.
