DescriptionAuditors were appointed for the accounts of the late Treasurers.
The disfranchisement of Richard Wright, underkeeper of the Northgate, for his contempt of an order requiring him to pay 40s. to Nathaniel Williamson, was to be considered at the next Assembly unless he should make payment within a month.
John Lache, clothworker, and Randle Davies, feltmaker, chosen to be two of Vernon's almsmen in the places of Richard Formeby and Thomas Finlow, deceased.
The petition of William Terry, founder in brass, desiring to have the freedom was read, and also that of the Pewterers and Braziers in opposition. Terry's petition was refused.
The petition of William Hobbs, plumber, for admission to the freedom was read and also the counter-petition of the Company of Smiths, Cutlers, Pewterers, Cardmakers and Plumbers. Hobb's petitions was rejected.
