DescriptionOwen Shone, barber chirurgeon, elected Councilman in the stead of Samuel Broster, deceased. He took the oaths and subscribed the declaration.
William Leighe, slater, chosen as one of Vernon's almsmen in the place of Thomas Lowe, deceased.
Ann Newport, widow, was to have a lease for twenty-one years, from the expiration of her existing lease, of Duntsfords meadow in the township of Sutton, for £5 fine and £6 yearly rent.
It was resolved that no appearance under the common seal should be given by the City to the Quo Warranto lately brought against the City.
