Description | George Starkie, beerbrewer, was elected Councilman in the place of William Hinckes, deceased. It was ordered that a further assessment should be made, the same as that granted on October 21st last, for the maintenance of the garrison. The Mayor and the Aldermen were desired to move Lord Byron to hold an effectual muster of the Regiments of Colonel Mostyn and Colonel Wynn, and also of such City soldiers as had come out of the suburbs and had no quarter in the City. |
