DescriptionMr. Mayor was entreated to give his acquittance to Mr. Richard Byrd for £20 which Byrd was to pay to him for the City's use. It was ordered that the Incorporation should save harmless the Mayor from this engagement.
It was agreed that those who did not conform to the orders of the Assembly should be committed until they should conform.
Those who were absent from Assemblies without an excuse approved by the Mayor should be fined 3s: 4d, which should be for the use of the garrison.
