Description | Petition of the ringers of 'Bowe Bell' of the City asking the Assembly to order what each Company should pay them, and giving 'the names of the Companies which have paid and now refuse to pay viz: The Merchants' and 'the names of the Companies which never paid: Linendrapers, Butchers, Weavers, Tailors, Carpenters & Slaters, Joyners, Cowpers & Fleshmongers, Dyers and Gouldsmiths.' Note that the petitioners should petition each of the negligent companies separately and if they still refused to pay, should petition the Assembly again. |
