TitlePhotograph: Interior Consistory Court.
Date1903
DescriptionThe base of the projected South-west Tower, which is enterd by passing under a curious piece of Jacobean stone work, is used as the Consistory Court. The Jacobean fittings are very curious and picturesque. It has been used as a Consistory Court since 1637 - the Court is still being held here - prior to that the present Lady Chapel was used for this purpose.
