Description	This pair of colours were formally handed over to the authorities of Chester Cathedral on October the 28th 1876 at the same time as the Wolfe colours.They were handed to the Dean (Howson) by Colonel the Honourable J.G. Cholmondleley. These like the Wolfe colour, were hung near the west door, but are now fixed on the east side of the south transept.
