Administrative History	This firm originated as a clothing business started by Richard Jones in Bridge Street in the 1860s. The business expanded, leading to the acquisition of premises in Eastgate Street and was incorporated in 1903. It was taken over by Owen Owen Ltd. in the mid 1960s.
